Ingredients
- 1 cup of ladies finger chopped (slice)
- salt
- 1 cup of corn flour
- 4 tsp of turmeric
- 1 spoon of red chilly powder
- 1 spoon of water
- 1 cup of oil
Instructions
First heat ladies finger in a pan for 3-4 minutes.Later in bowl add ladies finger 3 spoons of flour ,turmeric,red chilly powder,salt and mix it. Keep the mixture for half an hour. Fry it with with oil .Your ladies finger fried is ready to serve
