Ingredients

  • 1 cup of ladies finger chopped (slice)
  • salt
  • 1 cup of corn flour
  • 4 tsp of turmeric
  • 1 spoon of red chilly powder
  • 1 spoon of water
  • 1 cup of oil

Instructions

  1. First heat ladies finger in a pan for 3-4 minutes.Later in bowl add ladies finger 3 spoons of flour ,turmeric,red chilly powder,salt and mix it. Keep the mixture for half an hour. Fry it with with oil .Your ladies finger fried is ready to serve
