Step 1:

  • 1. We slice the onion and put it in the pan with a bit of olive oil
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Once the onion is done we add the sliced carrots, the aubergine and the mushrooms
  • Step 3:

  • 3. When it’s all mixed we add the mince meat
  • Step 4:

  • 4. When the mince meat is done we add the tomato sauce and mix, we add salt, pepper and oregano, we wait for about 15 till it’s done
  • Step 5:

  • 5. We put it out of the fire
  • Step 6:

  • 6. In another pan we put olive oil
  • Step 7:

  • 7. We put the 1/2 onion sliced and wait till it’s done,
  • Step 8:

  • 8. Once it’s done we add two spoons of flour and mix
  • Step 9:

  • 9. We add 250ml of milk
  • Step 10:

  • 10. We add salt and pepper. We mix it all and when it’s a paste we take it out of the fire
  • Step 11:

  • 11. Cook the lasagna noodles
  • Step 12:

  • 12. In a baking dish put 1 coat of the meat and sauce, on top of that add the lasagna noodles, keep doing until finished
  • Step 13:

  • 13 on top add the mixture we made with flour and milk
  • Step 14:

  • 14 now add the parmesan cheese on top
  • Step 15:

  • 15 place in the oven at 200Âșc for about 15 mins
