Step 1:

  • fry mince until brown empty the fat out of the pan
  • Step 2:

  • add onions and mushrooms fry for 2-3 mins add the toms and puree and water mix together add water simmer for 5-8 mins crush the garlic(as much as you like) add bay laeves and gravy salt and then simmer for 15 mins or until thick
  • Step 3:

  • take out bay leaves
  • Step 4:

  • pour half into a oven proof dish and a layer of pasta sheets add the rest of the mix and put more pasta sheets then add the cheese sauce and grate the cheese for topand then put in oven for 30-45 mins
