Ingredients

  • * hard boiled egg, yolk separated, white diced
  • * grated cheddar cheese
  • * flavourless non sweet mayonnaise
  • * sugar, salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. * mash egg yolk with mayonnaise, sprinkle salt, sugar and pepper to taste

  2. * add grated cheddar and egg whites

  3. * mix together

  4. * use as sandwich spread
