leak + sausage soup

its really really easy and it is really great for a day out

Ingredients

  • 4 leaks – WITH THE GREEN PARTS
  • sausage
  • 3 rashers bacon
  • pint milk
  • 1 veg stock cube
  • seasoning
  • use a big pan! =]

Instructions

  1. chop up the leaks

  2. put in a blender + blend the milk + leaks if to thick add more milk

  3. chop up sausage + bacon

  4. put in a pan the mixture from the blender + chopped up ingredients, and put in pan along with the seasoning

  5. boil a pint water annd put in jug along with stock cube wait for the stick to melt add gradually to the pan

  6. cook for about 30mins until hot and the meat is well cooked

  7. simmer for a further 20mins once all cooked

  8. enjoy! =D
