Step 1:
Put butter or oil in a pan and set to low temperature. Let it melt and spread over the pan. Step 3:
put one of two tortillas on the pan. Step 5:
place the shredded cheese on the tortilla. Followed by the chicken, veggies and spices. Then add another layer of cheese on top. Step 7:
place second tortilla on top. Step 9:
press down on quesadilla. Then flip. The first flip may be a little tricky. Press and flip. When browned remove from pan and eat. Step 11:
serve with salsa and sour cream for a mexican treat.
