Still have vegetables from sunday dinner?
1. Add vegetable oil to a hot frying pan.
2. Add the left-overs and heat through.
3. Ensure the vegetables don’t stick to the bottom of the pan by stirring now and then. If there are potatoes, mash these up a little.
4. It’s done! Just put on a plate and smack some tomato ketchup on the top.
(note: you do not have to have tomato ketchup, you can use a variety of sauces, like bbq or brown).
