Step 1:

  • 1. Add vegetable oil to a hot frying pan.
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Add the left-overs and heat through.
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Ensure the vegetables don’t stick to the bottom of the pan by stirring now and then. If there are potatoes, mash these up a little.
  • Step 4:

  • 4. It’s done! Just put on a plate and smack some tomato ketchup on the top.

  • (note: you do not have to have tomato ketchup, you can use a variety of sauces, like bbq or brown).
