Add vegetable oil to a hot frying pan. Step 2: 2. Add the left-overs and heat through. Step 3: 3. Ensure the vegetables don’t stick to the bottom of the pan by stirring now and then. If there are potatoes, mash these up a little. Step 4: 4. It’s done! Just put on a plate and smack some tomato ketchup on the top. Step 5: Step 6: (note: you do not have to have tomato ketchup, you can use a variety of sauces, like bbq or brown).
