Step 1:

  • Makes about 2 portions, but it depends how much you want to eat.

  • Pre heat over, turn to full power (not about 350C)

  • Cook rice, if you havent already.

  • Heat milk and pre cooked rice together, and bring to simmer
  • Step 7:

  • break eggs into a mug, and wisk a tad
  • Step 9:

  • (Optional, if you have mixed spices or a spice you can add this to the half cup of sugar)
  • Step 11:

  • Add egg and sugar to the rice and milk
  • Step 13:

  • Simmer for couple of mins
  • Step 14:

  • Pour mix into an over disk (casserole or any oven proof dish really)
  • Step 16:

  • Put in oven for 20 mins
  • Step 17:

  • (you can wash up at this point, so your house mates dont get angry :D, or just check facebook)
  • Step 18:

  • Take out of the oven, allow to cool a tad
  • Step 20:

  • Put into a bowl
