Step 1:

  • Alright then, this is a little tricky, but cheap to make, and tasty on the move!
  • Step 2:

  • Put some butter in a small frying pan and then whisk an egg until fluffy, dip a pitta bread into the egg until its covered in the stuff. Drop the pitta bread into the frying pan, and sprinkle some cheese onto it, cook until it is turning a light brown, when you are sure its cooked take it out and make a slice in the top from to the sides. Make sure the cuts stay at the top, or it could fall out later!
  • Step 3:

  • Now then stuff the leftover meal into the pitta bread and make sure its not over flowing with food!
  • Step 4:

  • Put the side of the pitta bread with the cut on it into the frying pan and hold it there until the cut is fried together.
  • Step 5:

  • Now then, wrap it into a napkin now, or put it in tin foil and save it for later!
  • Step 6:

  • And keep an eye open for when you eat it, it could fall out if you press or hold it too hard!
