1.crush the biscuits- place the biscuits in a fastened bag and bash with rolling pin or similier.
Step 2:
2.melt the butter in microwave or saucepan- and stir the butter into the crumbs of the biscuits.

3.press the biscuit mix into the bottom of ramakins or flat-bottomed tins (NOT TO WIDE)and place in fridge to set till needed for the topping.
Step 4:
4.to make the topping you must put the yogurt,lemon curd, and lemon juice into a bowl and mix till smooth.
Step 5:
5.in a smaller bowl whip the cream until floppy peaks you can use electric beaters (BUT DONT OVERBEAT).
Step 6:
6.Fold in the cream- mix 2 tablespoons of the whipped cream into the lemo yoghurt mix, then fold in the whipped cream left.
Step 7:
7.spoon over biscuit base and chill in fridge for 30 mins to ready to serve you may like to place fruit on top and dust the fruit with a little icing sugar or you could use lemon zest!
