Lemon Chicken and Homemade Wedges
Cheap and V tasty!
Ingredients
Instructions
STEP 1:
– Chicken
STEP 2:
Put a portion of chicken in a bowl
STEP 3:
Add a little olive oil
STEP 4:
Add half a lemons juice per portion
STEP 5:
Add some lemon zest (grated lemon rind)
STEP 6:
Add some corriander and salt and pepper
STEP 7:
Add some chili powder – just a wee bit for a some heat
STEP 8:
Mix everything together
STEP 9:
Leave for about 20 mins minimum to allow the flavors to set in
STEP 10:
After this time fry the chicken until cooked and serve with the wedges!

STEP 13:
Scrub and wash a couple of potatoes per person
STEP 14:
Cut into wedges shapes – your shout at how thick they are (they go more crispy the thinner they are)
STEP 15:
Boil them in a pan until soft
STEP 16:
Drain the water and put back in the pot
STEP 17:
add a little olive oil and the seasoning
STEP 18:
(you could use bbq sauce, any herbs or pesto – whatever you fancy)
STEP 19:
Toss them so they are all coated
STEP 20:
Put on a baking tray and cook in the oven around 180 degrees until crispy!
