Step 1:

  • – Chicken

  • Put a portion of chicken in a bowl
  • Step 3:

  • Add a little olive oil
  • Step 4:

  • Add half a lemons juice per portion
  • Step 5:

  • Add some lemon zest (grated lemon rind)
  • Step 6:

  • Add some corriander and salt and pepper
  • Step 7:

  • Add some chili powder – just a wee bit for a some heat
  • Step 8:

  • Mix everything together
  • Step 9:

  • Leave for about 20 mins minimum to allow the flavors to set in
  • Step 10:

  • After this time fry the chicken until cooked and serve with the wedges!

  • Scrub and wash a couple of potatoes per person
  • Step 14:

  • Cut into wedges shapes – your shout at how thick they are (they go more crispy the thinner they are)

  • Boil them in a pan until soft

  • Drain the water and put back in the pot

  • add a little olive oil and the seasoning

  • (you could use bbq sauce, any herbs or pesto – whatever you fancy)

  • Toss them so they are all coated

  • Put on a baking tray and cook in the oven around 180 degrees until crispy!
