Step 1: Put the spaghetti on to boil according to instructions.
Step 3: meanwhile fry up the diced shallots and garlic in a little olive oil in a frying pan. Do not allow to stick or burn.
Step 5: for the last few minutes of the spaghetti cooking, add the crab meat to the frying pan with the shallots and garlic just to warm it through.
Step 7: serve the spaghetti and then serve the shallot garlic and crab mixture on top. Squeeze the lemon over the whole thing. Add the chopped parsley. Mix it up and enjoy!
