Ingredients

  • The rind of 3 unwaxed, fresh lemons
  • 200g icing sugar
  • As much water/milk/fluid as advised on the icing sugar packet
  • 3 – 5 drops of lemon essence/flavouring

Instructions

  1. Whiz all ingredients in a blender until a thick, very, very pale yellow, speckled paste.

  2. Store in a fridge until used.
