Ingredients
- The rind of 3 unwaxed, fresh lemons
- 200g icing sugar
- As much water/milk/fluid as advised on the icing sugar packet
- 3 – 5 drops of lemon essence/flavouring
Instructions
Whiz all ingredients in a blender until a thick, very, very pale yellow, speckled paste.
Store in a fridge until used.
