Lemon Slice Tangy lemon and biscuit base By Guest Contributor February 12, 2009 Someone Special Preparation Time Cook Time Servings0Ingredients1 can condensed milk1 pint double cream1/2 pack of butter2 lemons 1 small pack of digestives biscuitscosts about £6 from asdaInstructions Step 1: 1. melt butter in mircowave, crush biscuits and mix together in a bowl push down in a flan tin. Put in fridge to cool. Step 2: 2. Grate rind off 2 lemons and get 100ml of lemon juice from lemons (use siv). Step 3: 3. mix milk cream lemon rind and juice in a bowl. Pour over biscuit base. Step 4: 4. Put in fridge ( best to leave in fridge for a day but not essential)
