Step 1:

  • 1. melt butter in mircowave, crush biscuits and mix together in a bowl push down in a flan tin. Put in fridge to cool.
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Grate rind off 2 lemons and get 100ml of lemon juice from lemons (use siv).
  • Step 3:

  • 3. mix milk cream lemon rind and juice in a bowl. Pour over biscuit base.
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Put in fridge ( best to leave in fridge for a day but not essential)
