Tangy lemon and biscuit base

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 pint double cream
  • 1/2 pack of butter
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 small pack of digestives biscuits
  • costs about £6 from asda

Instructions

  1. 1. melt butter in mircowave, crush biscuits and mix together in a bowl push down in a flan tin. Put in fridge to cool.

  2. 2. Grate rind off 2 lemons and get 100ml of lemon juice from lemons (use siv).

  3. 3. mix milk cream lemon rind and juice in a bowl. Pour over biscuit base.

  4. 4. Put in fridge ( best to leave in fridge for a day but not essential)
