Step 1:

  • make up stock cube as per intructions, add to pan with lentils, leave to simmer, add more water if required,
  • Step 2:

  • peel and dice all veg and add to pan, season to taste and cover for 40/45 minutes until cooked through, garnish with parsley before serving, also tastly blended until smooth, enjoy!!
