Boil the kettle.Step 2:2. Rinse the quinoa. Step 3:3. Add the lentils, quinoa and stock cube to a pan. Step 4:4. Pour boiling water over the quinoa and lentils so it covers about 1cm over them.Step 5:5. Bring to the boil and break down the stock cube. Step 6:6. Turn down the heat and allow to simmer until the excess liquid has evaporated. Stirring occasionally to make sure it doesn’t stick to the sides.Step 7:7.
