STEP 1:

1. Boil the kettle.

STEP 2:

2. Rinse the quinoa.

STEP 3:

3. Add the lentils, quinoa and stock cube to a pan.

STEP 4:

4. Pour boiling water over the quinoa and lentils so it covers about 1cm over them.

STEP 5:

5. Bring to the boil and break down the stock cube.

STEP 6:

6. Turn down the heat and allow to simmer until the excess liquid has evaporated. Stirring occasionally to make sure it doesn’t stick to the sides.

STEP 7:

7. Drain the mix to make sure all the liquid is off and voila!
