Step 1:

  • 1. Boil the kettle.
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Rinse the quinoa.
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Add the lentils, quinoa and stock cube to a pan.
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Pour boiling water over the quinoa and lentils so it covers about 1cm over them.
  • Step 5:

  • 5. Bring to the boil and break down the stock cube.
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Turn down the heat and allow to simmer until the excess liquid has evaporated. Stirring occasionally to make sure it doesn’t stick to the sides.
  • Step 7:

  • 7. Drain the mix to make sure all the liquid is off and voila!
