Lindt Chocolate Cheese Cake
Really creamy and delicious
1. Crush the biscuits until they are the consistency of bread crumbs.
2.Melt the butter and maple syrup, then add to crumbs.
3. Mix altogether and spoon into a 20cm circular tin. And refrigerate
4.Melt chocolate and set aside.
5.Whip up your cream and add slowly to the melted chocolate
6. Beat the cream cheese until smooth and combine with the chocolate mix folding it in slowly until fully combined.
7. Pour onto base and refrigerate.
8.Then take out and cut
