STEP 1:

Cut the cheese cubes into smaller cubes, keep aside.

STEP 2:

break the egg in a bowl and whisk with a fork until the egg has been whisked properly.

STEP 3:

pepper
salt

add the cheese cubes, salt, pepper, red chill powder an mix well.

STEP 4:

butter

put the butter in the pan and wait for it to melt and become frothy.

STEP 5:

pour the egg mixture into the pan and wait for 1 minute.

STEP 6:

using a fork, fold it into two halves.

STEP 7:

keep pressing for 2 minutes, and turn sides.

STEP 8:

take out on a plate.

STEP 9:

enjoy!
