Step 1: Cut the cheese cubes into smaller cubes, keep aside.
Step 2: break the egg in a bowl and whisk with a fork until the egg has been whisked properly.
Step 3: add the cheese cubes, salt, pepper, red chill powder an mix well.
Step 4: put the butter in the pan and wait for it to melt and become frothy.
Step 5: pour the egg mixture into the pan and wait for 1 minute.
Step 6: using a fork, fold it into two halves.
Step 7: keep pressing for 2 minutes, and turn sides.
Step 8: take out on a plate.
