Ingredients
- Makes 18
- 50ml of vegetable or sunflower oil
- 150g white caster sugar
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 50g cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 80g plain flour
Instructions
1. Heat the oven to 175c
2. Mix the oil and sugar in a large bowl. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
3. Carefully add the cocoa powder, baking powder and flour and mix thoroughly.
4. Grease a baking tin and then fill it with the brownie mixture.
5. Cook in the oven for about 15 minutes
These will keep fresh in the fridge for about a week and also freeze well
