Step 1:

  • Mix the egg whites with the splenda and a very good sprinkling of cinnamon
  • Step 2:

  • Stir in the oats
  • Step 3:

  • Coat a fying pan with cooking spray or a splash of oil and heat up
  • Step 4:

  • When hot, pour in the oat mix
  • Step 5:

  • cook on one side until golden then flip and do the same on the other side
  • Step 6:

  • Serve with yogurt and berries if you like
  • Step 7:

  • LUSH!!!!!!
