Low fat/cal oat pancake

perfect for a low fat filling snack or breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp splenda or sweetener
  • cinnamon
  • cooking spray (or oil if you’re not too bothered)
  • Plain yogurt and berries to serve (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg whites with the splenda and a very good sprinkling of cinnamon

  2. Stir in the oats

  3. Coat a fying pan with cooking spray or a splash of oil and heat up

  4. When hot, pour in the oat mix

  5. cook on one side until golden then flip and do the same on the other side

  6. Serve with yogurt and berries if you like

  7. LUSH!!!!!!
