• – shoulder of lamb
• – lemon juice
• – rosemary sprigs
• – dash olive oil — essential

Instructions

STEP 1:

– set oven to 220degrees

– place your lamb on a ovenproof dish + arrange your rosemary on top and drizzle the lemon juice and oligve oil in top
