Step 1:

  • Boil the macaroni in water with a little oil and salt
  • Step 2:

  • meanwhile cut all the vegs into cubes.
  • Step 3:

  • add lemon juice ( 2-3 drops) to the mayonnaise and whisk it, add the herbs.Whisk it.
  • Step 4:

  • run cold water on the boiled macaroni to cool it.
  • Step 5:

  • add the vegs and macaroni to tha mayonnaise and keep it in the fridge for minimum 2 hours to 4 5 hours .
  • Step 6:
