Ingredients

  • 1 Table Spoon of Butter / Spread
  • 1 Table Spoon of Flour
  • 150 – 200 ml of Milk
  • 25 – 30g of your fave cheese or to taste
  • 75g of your fave pasta, e.g macoroni

Instructions

  1. Put your pasta on to cook for the reccommended time.Start by making a rous –

  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat, then add the flour untill it turns into what looks like pastry, then slowly add the milk untill the sauce is of a desired consitency – note more milk maybe required.

  3. Season with salt and pepper

  4. Add the cheese and stir or whisk briskly untill all lumps have dissapeared, when the pasta has cooked add the pasta and stir in, then either serve now or pour the mix into a oven proof dish spinkle with cheese and place under the grill or in the oven untill bubbly and golden
