Step 1:
Chop up the bacon into small chunks Step 2:
Add a dash of oil into a saucepan and heat Step 3:
Throw in the bacon and fry it Step 4:
Put in half a teaspoon of plain flour Step 5:
Stir flour in until it browns (roughly a minute) Step 6:
Pour in enough milk to cover the bacon and to make a decent sized sauce Step 7:
Stir in for a couple of minutes Step 8:
Start to add whatever sauces you have, stir constantly and taste occasionally til the flavour is right (usual I start with ketchup and bbq sauce till it has a good flavour then add in a small amount of worcester sauce for a bit of a kick) Step 9:
Crush in a beef OXO cube and stir Step 10:
Chop up a couple of mushrooms and add them Step 12:
The end product then goes on whatever you’ve prepared to go with it (be it pasta, potato or rice)
