Step 1: #1 Heat up the oil in the pan and sautÃ© garlic and bird eye chilies
Step 3: #2 Put in the chicken cubes, water, soy sauce, oyster sauce and tomato ketchup.
Step 5: #3 Then insert the smashed lemongrass and the kaffir lime leaf then close the lid and wait til its simmer and the chicken is wholly cooked
Step 7: #4 Once it is cooked, put in the vegetables. Salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 more minutes and it is ready to serve
