Mango chicken

For those that love cuurry but can’t take the heat

Ingredients

  • Serves 2
  • – 2 chicken breasts
  • – wholegrain mustard
  • – 4-5 spring onions/one medium onion
  • – curry paste
  • – mango pulp
  • – soured cream
  • – garlic

Instructions

  1. – Cut chicken into bitesize pieces and fry until cooked

  2. – Add finely chopped onion and garlic, cook for a further 2 mins

  3. – Add 1 mug of mango pulp, 1 teaspoon of wholegrain mustard and 2 teaspoons of curry paste. Cook for 3-4 minutes on mediu heat.

  4. – Take off the heat and stir in 1 tablespoon of soured cream.

  5. – Viola!! Serve with rice &/or naan bread
