Step 1: 1. Cut off the mango head so that the top of mango seed is visible.
Step 2: 2. With a pointed knife start cutting from the edge of the seed.
Step 3: 3. Twist the seed by holding it on its head and pull.
Step 4: 4. Fill in kulfi in the vacant space in mango.
Step 5: 5. Keep in freezer till kulfi hardens.
Step 6: 6. Cut in round slices.
