Masala Bread Sandwich
Try something new………..
Take a fry pan and add 1 tbsp oil and little butter to it.Then fry
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic,ginger and finely chopped onion for 3-4 minutes.To it add mashed potatoes.Then add 1 tsp fried zeera powder and chat masala as per taste.Mix it and fry it well for 4-5 minutes.
now take a bread,make a layer with a paste of above mixture just prepared.Then make a layer of chopped cabbage and 4 chips.Cover it with another bread.
your bread sandwich is ready…………………
