Masala Chai Ginger Free Hot filling spiced indian tea By Guest Contributor September 29, 2013 Drinks Preparation Time Cook Time Servings0Ingredients1 mug milk1 mug water3 cardomon podscinnamon5 clovessugar/honeyblack tea – loose leaf or bagged (2 bags or 2 teaspoons of medium strength tea)Instructions Step 1: Put water and milk in a pan and put on high heat. Add the black tea. Step 2: open cardomon pods and put inner seeds into pan. Step 3: crush cloves and add to pan. Step 4: add 2 teaspoons of powedered cinnamon Step 5: add sugar or honey, a few teaspoons but the sweeter the better. Step 6: bring to the boil so it froths to the top of the pan, then turn heat right down. Repeat one more time. Tip drink through a sieve into a mug Show Comments ▼
