Add the black tea. Step 2: open cardomon pods and put inner seeds into pan. Step 3: crush cloves and add to pan. Step 4: add 2 teaspoons of powedered cinnamon Step 5: add sugar or honey, a few teaspoons but the sweeter the better. Step 6: bring to the boil so it froths to the top of the pan, then turn heat right down. Repeat one more time.
