Step 1:

  • 1. Heat up the liquid in a saucepan to a frothy boil

  • 2. Bash the whole spices so they break open, but they don’t need to be ground completely.
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Tip them all in while the liquid heats up.
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Once the liquid is boiled turn down the heat and let it boil until it reduces by half
  • Step 5:

  • 5. When it’d nearly done pop in the teabag and infuse it to your liking
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Once its ready tip into your mug through a sieve and add your sugar.
