Can be doubled, tripled etc1. One cup water and one cup milk2. Tea bag3. Little chunk of ginger4. Pinch of cardamom pods, about 105. 2 cloves (though i felt like using 3 today)6. Small piece of cinnamon stick7. Small pinch of fennel seeds8. 4 peppercorns9. Sugar to taste (i use a heaped teaspoon)Instructions Step 1: 1. Heat up the liquid in a saucepan to a frothy boil Step 2: 2. Bash the whole spices so they break open, but they don’t need to be ground completely. Step 3: 3. Tip them all in while the liquid heats up. Step 4: 4. Once the liquid is boiled turn down the heat and let it boil until it reduces by half Step 5: 5. When it’d nearly done pop in the teabag and infuse it to your liking Step 6: 6. Once its ready tip into your mug through a sieve and add your sugar.
