  • Cut fish into approx 8cm length pieces

  • 1) sprinkle all spices over all pieces of fish and leave for 30 mins

  • 2) heat the oil in a large frying pan

  • 3) add the tomatoes and tomato puree to the oil

  • 4) shallow fry the fish in this oil and tomato base
  • Step 7:

  • 5) cook each side of the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side the spinkle with chopped spring onions and fresh lemon juice when done
