Step 1:

  • 1) Cook chicken breast according to packet instructions

  • 2) Peel and chop potatoes and boil until soft (for around 15/20 minutes – depending on potato type)
  • Step 3:

  • 3) Drain potatoes and mash, adding butter, milk (or cream) and salt until you reach your preferred consistency and taste.
  • Step 4:

  • 4) Boil water and make gravy
  • Step 5:

  • 5) Add any vegetables you want and serve
