Step 1:Saute 1/4 onion and 1/4 cup of corn in 1 tbs of olive oil. While
Step 2:Place 1/2 refried beans in a large bowl and microwave for 1 minute.
Step 3:Layer lettuce over beans.
Step 4:Once done, later onions and corn over the lettuce.
Step 5:Pour the desired amount of salsa (use as dressing)
Step 6:Cut up a 1/4 of an avocado and layer over salsa.
Step 7:Top everything off with a dollop of plain greek yogurt (a healthy alternative to sour cream).
