Step 1:
Saute 1/4 onion and 1/4 cup of corn in 1 tbs of olive oil. WhileStep 2:
Place 1/2 refried beans in a large bowl and microwave for 1 minute.Step 3:
Layer lettuce over beans.Step 4:
Once done, later onions and corn over the lettuce.Step 5:
Pour the desired amount of salsa (use as dressing)Step 6:
Cut up a 1/4 of an avocado and layer over salsa.Step 7:
Top everything off with a dollop of plain greek yogurt (a healthy alternative to sour cream).
