Meat Fry

Anglo-indian style meat fry 🙂

Ingredients
- 3 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- few cloves , green cardamom and
- cinnamon 1 piece
- 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste (if you don’t have ginger garlic paste then you can use 6 to 7 garlic pods and
- a small piece of ginger finely sliced)
- 500 grams of beef
- turmeric powder 2 tsp
- chili powder 2 to 3 tsp
- potatoes cut into 2 or 4
- oil
- salt to taste
Instructions
Take a pressure cooker and pour some oil in it
wait for it to become hot,put the cloves , cardamom and cinnamon and let it fry for some time,add the ginger garlic paste and let it fry after 2 minutes put the onions and let them fry till they are golden brown add tomatoes and let it fry for a minute or so, then put turmeric,chili powder and coriander powder ,add the beef ,potatoes and pour 3 cups of water.
cover the pressure cooker and let it cook for 40 minutes .
tasty beef / meat fry is ready
you can replace beef with mutton or chicken but cooking time may differ.
