Ingredients
- Minced up meat
- 1 egg
- seasoning
Instructions
Mix salt, pepper and any other seasoning you like (I use oregano and onion) with the egg.
Mix minced meat with eggy mixture. If it’s too soggy add a bit of breadcrumbs or flour.
Pull apart the eggy minced meat and shape into balls.
Stick meatballs in oven for 20 minutes.
Eat.
