Ingredients

  • Minced up meat
  • 1 egg
  • seasoning

Instructions

  1. Mix salt, pepper and any other seasoning you like (I use oregano and onion) with the egg.

  2. Mix minced meat with eggy mixture. If it’s too soggy add a bit of breadcrumbs or flour.

  3. Pull apart the eggy minced meat and shape into balls.

  4. Stick meatballs in oven for 20 minutes.

  5. Eat.
