Tasty shizzle
Difficulty Level: easy
Ingredients
- 500g beef mince
- Breadcrumbs
- Flour
- Garlic
- Mixed Herbs
- Tin of chopped tomatoes
- Tin of beans (trust me….its gooood)
- Ketchup
- 1 Onion
- Small amount of single cream
- Salt and Pepper
- Cheese (to grate on top later)
Instructions
1. Put the beef mince in a bowl and begin to mix it and squash it with your hands
2. Chop your onion finely and add to the beef along with a handful of breadcrumbs
3. Add a teaspoon of mixed herbs and another tea spoon of garlic to the mix
4. Add salt and pepper to season
5. Roll the beef into small balls (around the size of a golf ball)
6. Put on a tray and bung them in the oven on around 190 degrees for around 20 mins
To make the sauce (You’ll need a blender/hand blender for this)
1. Pour the chopped tomatoes and beans into a blender and blend!
2. Once mixed transfer to a pan and let it simmer for a bit….around 5 mins
3. Add around a teaspoon of herbs and a teaspoon of garlic to the sauce along with a good squirt of ketchup and a tablespoon of cream. Mix away!
4. Add salt and pepper to season
5. Once the meatballs are full cooked transfer them from the tray into the pan of sauce
6. Let the meatballs simmer in the sauce for around 10 mins
Yummy! Serve with spaghetti, pasta or whatever you fancy! Don’t forget to grate a load of cheese on top!
