Step 1:

  • 1. Put the beef mince in a bowl and begin to mix it and squash it with your hands
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Chop your onion finely and add to the beef along with a handful of breadcrumbs
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Add a teaspoon of mixed herbs and another tea spoon of garlic to the mix
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Add salt and pepper to season
  • Step 5:

  • 5. Roll the beef into small balls (around the size of a golf ball)
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Put on a tray and bung them in the oven on around 190 degrees for around 20 mins

  • To make the sauce (You’ll need a blender/hand blender for this)
  • Step 9:

  • 1. Pour the chopped tomatoes and beans into a blender and blend!
  • Step 10:

  • 2. Once mixed transfer to a pan and let it simmer for a bit….around 5 mins
  • Step 11:

  • 3. Add around a teaspoon of herbs and a teaspoon of garlic to the sauce along with a good squirt of ketchup and a tablespoon of cream. Mix away!

  • 4. Add salt and pepper to season

  • 5. Once the meatballs are full cooked transfer them from the tray into the pan of sauce
  • Step 14:

  • 6. Let the meatballs simmer in the sauce for around 10 mins

  • Yummy! Serve with spaghetti, pasta or whatever you fancy! Don’t forget to grate a load of cheese on top!
