Yummy, easy meatballs
Step 1: Mix salt, pepper and any other seasoning you like (I use oregano and onion) with the egg.
Step 2: Mix minced meat with eggy mixture. If it’s too soggy add a bit of breadcrumbs or flour.
Step 3: Pull apart the eggy minced meat and shape into balls.
Step 4: Stick meatballs in oven for 20 minutes.
