Step 1:

  • Mix salt, pepper and any other seasoning you like (I use oregano and onion) with the egg.
  • Step 2:

  • Mix minced meat with eggy mixture. If it’s too soggy add a bit of breadcrumbs or flour.
  • Step 3:

  • Pull apart the eggy minced meat and shape into balls.
  • Step 4:

  • Stick meatballs in oven for 20 minutes.
  • Step 5:

  • Eat.
