Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 small red pepper
  • 1/2 small yellow pepper
  • 200g tinned tomatoes
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 80g dried pasta

Instructions

  1. 1. fry the onion for 3 minutes

  2. 2. add the garlic

  3. 3. add the peppers and cook for 5 minutes

  4. 4. stir in the tomatoes and cook over a low heat for 20 – 25 minutes or until thickened

  5. 5. cook the pasta

  6. 6. add together!
