Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 small red pepper
- 1/2 small yellow pepper
- 200g tinned tomatoes
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 80g dried pasta
Instructions
1. fry the onion for 3 minutes
2. add the garlic
3. add the peppers and cook for 5 minutes
4. stir in the tomatoes and cook over a low heat for 20 – 25 minutes or until thickened
5. cook the pasta
6. add together!
