Step 1: 1. Preheat the oven to 350*f (180*f) and butter ramekins, about 3 1/4 in diameters. Melt the chocolate and butter in small saucepan over low heat.
Step 3: 2. Meanwhile, beat together the sugar and eggs, and, pour in melted chocolate. Beat in the cocoa powder and flour and continue beating until smooth
Step 5: 3. Divide the mixture among the ramekins and cook in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until crisp on top and still melting inside.
Step 7: 4. Remove from the oven, set aside to cool for 1-2 minutes, then serve dusted with powdered sugar or confectioners sugar.
