Step 1:

  • Whisk together your egg whites until white and throthy.
  • Step 2:

  • Then add your caster suger a little bit at a time until doubles in size.
  • Step 3:

  • To know that you have whisked it enough turn your bowl upside down and nothing should come out.
  • Step 4:

  • After you have succesfully done that, put your merange on a oven prrof tray and leave in the oven for 1 hour on 140 degrees C.
  • Step 5:

  • whilst it is cooking you can prepare your fruit and whisk your cream.
  • Step 6:

  • When your merange is done it shall be crispy ans smell gorgeous !
  • Step 7:

  • Now you can put your fresh fruit and fresh cream on top and ENGOY !!
