Step 1:
Whisk together your egg whites until white and throthy. Step 2:
Then add your caster suger a little bit at a time until doubles in size. Step 3:
To know that you have whisked it enough turn your bowl upside down and nothing should come out. Step 4:
After you have succesfully done that, put your merange on a oven prrof tray and leave in the oven for 1 hour on 140 degrees C. Step 5:
whilst it is cooking you can prepare your fruit and whisk your cream. Step 6:
When your merange is done it shall be crispy ans smell gorgeous ! Step 7:
Now you can put your fresh fruit and fresh cream on top and ENGOY !!
