Ingredients
- 300ml fresh double cream
- 8 pack of meringue nests
- fruit of choice (nice with mandarins)
- cost around £3 from Asda
Instructions
Whip the cream until it peaks and then crush the meringues into it, stir until evenly spread.
Scoop a healthy amount into a bowl and dress with your favourite fruit
