Mexican Supper’

Spicy and Cheap meal. Very yummy : )
Difficulty Level: easy
Ingredients
- (For 4-6 people, it depends on how many guys there are :L)
- 4x Sausages. (Vegi ones also work really well)
- 2x Onions
- 3x Peppers
- 2x tins of beans.
- 4x medium sized potatoes
- Chilli powder.
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- butter
Instructions
1; Heat oil in a large pan. Cut onions into thin strips/chunks.
2;Once the oil is hot, add onions to the pan. Leave to brown
3;Cut peppers into strips. Add to pan.
4; Cut sausages into chunks.
5; Wait until peppers and onions are ‘browned’ then add sausages. You may need to add some more oil
6 ; Add in a teaspoon of Chilli powder, and a little salt and pepper. Add more chilli powder to taste. Turn down heat
7; When sausages arew ‘brown and the tins of baked beans. Then leave for 10 minutes.
8; peal the potatoes. Cut into chunks and put in a pan of boiling water. Wait 5 minutes.
9; Drain water from potates and add a little butter to the pan. Then SMASH THE POTATOES!
10; Put sausages into a deep bowl or dish and cover with mashed potatoes (You can grate a little cheese over the top of the potatoe) And put in the oven (180) for 15 minutes.
11; Eat : )
