Step 1:

  • Put a little water in the bottom of a bowl and salt it.
  • Step 2:

  • put veg in bowl and a lid covering about half the bowl.
  • Step 3:

  • Microwave till soft or until all the water’s gone.
  • Step 4:

  • Step 5:

  • (optional) At this point I like to put a little grated cheese on my veggies and microwave them for 30 seconds, Mmmm
