Ingredients: 100g butter, softened plus extra for greasing.; 2 ripe banana's; 100g of muscovado suger ( or just white suger); 100g of self-raising flour; 2 tbsp of grounded cinnamon,; 2 eggs; 2 tbsp of milk .; then soft of sweet topping e.G ice cream, icing suger, toffee, chocolate, jam or extra banana.

then soft of sweet topping e.G ice cream, icing suger, toffee, chocolate, jam or extra banana.

Instructions

Step 1:

Put the butter in some sort of baking dish. (deep dish would be good or 1 litre)

Step 2:

and microwave for 30 secs (1min)

Step 3:

until melted, add 1 1/2 banana mash into melted then add suger, flour, cinnamon, eggs and milk.

Step 4:

mix together well, put of top of the mashed banana smooth out then add the remaining banana over the top then return to the microwave on high for 8 mins until cooked through. Then add your picks of toppings.
