Step 1:

  • Place the bowl on the weighing scales and set it to zero.
  • Step 2:

  • Add the tomato puree, stock cube, and whatever herbs to the bottom of the bowl. Finely mince the garlic with a knife or use a crusher. Add it to the bowl as well.
  • Step 3:

  • If you have a speed peeler you can use it to cut the carrot into ribbons, then stack the ribbons together and cut them into pieces. If you don’t have a speed peeler just chop the carrot into small pieces to help it cook quickly.
  • Step 4:

  • Set the scales back to zero and begin adding the other ingredients: Frozen peppers, carrots, spinach, beans, and dried pasta. Remember to reset the scales back to zero after each ingredient.
  • Step 5:

  • Add boiling water from the kettle to about 2-3 inches over the pasta and vegetables.
  • Step 6:

  • Place uncovered in the microwave and cook for 10 minutes. If you’re not using a speed peeler for the carrots, check them for doneness as they may not be completely cooked.
