Place the bowl on the weighing scales and set it to zero.
Step 2:
Add the tomato puree, stock cube, and whatever herbs to the bottom of the bowl. Finely mince the garlic with a knife or use a crusher. Add it to the bowl as well.
Step 3:
If you have a speed peeler you can use it to cut the carrot into ribbons, then stack the ribbons together and cut them into pieces. If you don’t have a speed peeler just chop the carrot into small pieces to help it cook quickly.
Step 4:
Set the scales back to zero and begin adding the other ingredients: Frozen peppers, carrots, spinach, beans, and dried pasta. Remember to reset the scales back to zero after each ingredient.
Step 5:
Add boiling water from the kettle to about 2-3 inches over the pasta and vegetables.
Step 6:
Place uncovered in the microwave and cook for 10 minutes. If you’re not using a speed peeler for the carrots, check them for doneness as they may not be completely cooked.
