Step 1:

  • – Put butter in a 2 cup size jug
  • Step 2:

  • – Cook on high for 10-20 seconds till butters melted
  • Step 3:

  • – Add milk, parsley and eggs
  • Step 4:

  • – Mix with a fork
  • Step 5:

  • – Cook on high for 1 minute then stir gently with a fork
  • Step 6:

  • – Cook for 1 minute more, watch for when the egg swells and then take out.
  • Step 7:

  • – Stir gently then leave to stand for 1 minute
