Pre-heat the oven to 180oC / fan 160oC / gas 4. Step 2: 2. In a food processor wizz together the flour, caster sugar and 115g of the butter untill breadcrums form. Step 3: 3. line the bottom of a 18cm square tin with baking parchment and pour the mixture in it and press it down then light ly press down with a fork. Step 4: 4. chill for 20mins and then bake for 30mins, untill it has turned golden brown and let it cool in the tin. (turn off your oven) Step 5: 5. in a pan heat up the condensed milk, brown sugar, the remaining butter and the syrup. Step 6: 6. bring to the boil and stir at all times and do this for 5-8mins untill it has thickend Step 7: 7. pour the caramel ontop of the short bread, cool for 30mins Step 8: 8. melt the chocolate then pour it ontop of the caramel Step 9: 9. let it set for 2 hours untill it has set Step 10: 10. remove from the tin and cut into squares Step 11: ENJOY!!
