Step 1:

  • 1. Cook mince in frying pan with a small amount of oil until brown.
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Place into an oven-proof dish.
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Add gravy granules.
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Add chopped vegetables.
  • Step 5:

  • 5. Cover with boiled water.
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Place in oven at 180oC
  • Step 7:

  • 7. Make dumplings by mixing 100g self-raising flour with 50g suet and stick together using cold water. Make into medium sized balls.
  • Step 8:

  • 8. Add dumplings to stew. Cook all for roughly 20 minutes (dependant on oven) or until dumplings are lightly browned.
